StarCraft II Beta Testing Soon?

I've been actively waiting for StarCraft II release since... I don't remember when but I know when the StarCraft II trailer came out. It should be late 2007 or early 2008.

Currently, StarCraft II Alpha is on-going (I believe).. And StarCraft II Beta will be coming!
On StarCraft II official site under FAQ section, there's a category regarding Beta Opt-in.
Which means, you can opt-in for Beta testing. Anyway, there's no guarantee you'll be chosen to be the Beta tester.

StarCraft II didn't given us an exact date when Beta will be.
However, the Beta testing will start with North America, Australia and New Zealand.
And gradually move to other regions as well.

Anyway, here is the sad story.
To be eligible to opt-in, you must have at least one Blizzard Entertainment game attached to your Battle.net account (Where you will need to opt-in to StarCraft II Beta).

With this Beta test, we can assume that after around 6 months or more... StarCraft II will be releasing.
This is just my assume anyway, don't take it and store in your mind and keep on dreaming... "Yeah! StarCraft II is releasing end of this year!" or that kind of thing.
